# Execution and platform status

Deryve routes agent-generated orders to Lighter’s on-chain central limit order book on Robinhood Chain. Read-only market data and executable trading availability are monitored separately.

### Order lifecycle

  → Lighter order submission
  → on-chain matching and settlement
  → position refresh and activity record
```

An agent-generated order can fail if market conditions, connectivity, or execution availability change. The activity feed records the final execution outcome.

### Status states

| State     | Meaning                                                     |
| --------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| Online    | Market reads and execution are available                    |
| Read-only | Market data remains available, but execution is unavailable |
| Stale     | Cached data is displayed and flagged                        |

When execution is unavailable, Deryve disables agent execution. Analysis can still run against available market data.

### Fees and funding

Agent executions can incur taker or maker pricing, depending on execution conditions. Funding transfers occur hourly between long and short holders.
